Full Wedding Planning
For couples with busy schedules that realize planning their special day is a full time job and want planning assistance from beginning to end. I will allow you to only look back on your engagement with fond memories by handling all of the logistical tasks, design planning and more! While I will work to plan your wedding in it's entirety, weddings require a personal touch so I believe in working collaboratively with you and in doing so become your friend and confidant in the months before your wedding. I believe no matter your budget we can make you the wedding of your dreams and my first answer will always be "Let's think of a way to make that work" I will be with you every step of the way to handle vendors, scheduling, design and even some family members if necessary. From day one we'll focus on the areas that are most important to you, and make sure you're always feeling worry-free. You can choose to be as involved or uninvolved as you wish.
Partial Planning
I'm here for the couple that's planned parts of their wedding and feels confident in planning a chunk of their wedding themselves. I'll be there to keep you on schedule and stress free. This package includes all of the services within the Day of Coordination package plus 2 more meetings, a floor and decor site plan, design and budget guiding, as well as unlimited email communication from the time of booking with us. I will work with you to create a wedding you'll be able to look back on with nothing but fond memories.
Coordination
This is for the couple with all their ducks in a row that just needs some help executing their ideas on their big day. If you're a DIY couple that feels confident in your organization skills, Month of Coordination is perfect for you!
I'll work with you 6 weeks before your wedding to make sure everything for your perfect wedding is ready to go. Month-Of Planning services includes three pre wedding meetings, week of vendor communication, wedding timeline and schedules, set up and day-of coordination.
Event Styling
This package is best for the couple who feels confident in their logistic skills but could use assistance in making their wedding vision come true. Or for the couple that has no idea how to make a wedding look beautiful and cohesive. You will be able to utilize my expertise to plan the design components of your wedding including florals, decor, rentals, lighting, floorplan, signage, stationary, lounge areas and colour pallet.
You will have access to my decor items including premade signs and lighting as well as assistance in DIYing items to give your wedding a customized look.
